I’ve built my career around strong relationships, hard work, and a deep commitment to helping others succeed.
As a Partner at Roberts + Morrow, I am passionate about helping clients – particularly in agriculture and small business – manage, grow, and protect their wealth. My own background in primary production, and life on our cattle property in Dundee with my husband Brad, gives me a personal understanding of the challenges faced by rural businesses.
What drives me most is seeing clients succeed and achieve their goals, whether through succession planning, business growth, or gaining confidence and security. I also take great pride in mentoring young professionals across our offices and advocating for more accountants in regional communities.
I joined Roberts + Morrow in 2000, became a Chartered Accountant in 2004, and a Partner in 2008. I hold degrees in Management (Communication) and Financial Administration from Orange Agricultural College and the University of New England.
Outside of work, you’ll find me in the garden, with a good book, on horseback, or supporting local community events.
I’m passionate about building strong connections with my clients and helping them achieve better outcomes in asset and wealth management. Whether it’s guiding small to medium businesses toward their goals, or supporting clients through the journey of purchasing and growing their perfect business, I love being there every step of the way and seeing them thrive.
I’m fortunate to work with a highly skilled team that shares my commitment to delivering meaningful, tailored solutions. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is engaging with clients, sharing knowledge, and helping them truly understand their business figures so they can make more informed, confident decisions.
Growing up in Tamworth, I’m deeply committed to my local community here and take pride in helping businesses in the region grow and succeed. I understand the requirements of today’s ever-changing business environment and endeavour to provide reliable and common sense advice to my clients.
Outside of work, my family and I are active sports enthusiasts, and our weekends are often filled with family sporting activities. I also enjoy getting outdoors and spending time in my garden.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Financial Administration from the University of New England in 1994, and was admitted as a Chartered Accountant in 1998.
Paul holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Sydney and is a Chartered Tax Adviser with the Tax Institute of Australia. Paul heads up our Tax + Legal team and has over 20 years’ experience partnering with clients to find innovative solutions to complex tax and estate planning problems. Paul prides himself on his ability to summarise difficult concepts in a way that is easy for clients to understand and make decisions on.
In his leisure time Paul and his wife Emma are kept busy with the various sporting and musical activities of their three children. When time permits Paul tries to squeeze in some road cycling.
I’m passionate about helping businesses thrive by improving profitability and creating sustainable growth. My hands-on, collaborative approach focuses on understanding each client’s unique challenges and crafting tailored solutions that deliver real, impactful results.
With a business intelligence mindset, I focus on streamlining systems, improving functionality, and always keeping the bottom line in mind. I thrive on brainstorming with clients, tackling complex problems together, and offering trusted advice from a holistic, financial perspective.
I’m particularly passionate about the North West region, especially the opportunities new technologies and online accounting bring to local businesses and farmers. With a farming background, I have a strong interest in primary production accounting.
Specialising in tax advisory and planning for small to medium-sized businesses, I take pride in working closely with clients and their management teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Originally from Tamworth, I completed my secondary school at St Ignatius’ College Riverview and earned a Bachelor of Economics with a Major in Finance from Sydney University. I became a Chartered Accountant in 2014 and moved back to Tamworth with my wife, Tara, to be closer to family.
Outside of work, I am a father of three and enjoy staying active with golf, running, and attempting surfing. Growing up in Tamworth and spending time on our family farm at Willow Tree instilled strong values of hard work and community.
I’m excited about the future and look forward to continuing to grow the Roberts & Morrow business, providing top-tier services to the North West region.
